NFSNET is nearing the end of its testing phase. We've been steadily ironing out the wrinkles as they arise and working towards an official release.

The NFSNET team consists of:

	Paul Leyland, Cambridge, U.K. Paul has been involved in many distributed factoring projects over the years, an early one being the RSA-129 project in 1994. Later ones include the first 512-bit factorization by GNFS and running the ECMNET master server. More information can be found at http://www.leyland.vispa.com.
	Richard Wackerbarth, Texas, U.S.A. Richard organized, wrote the infrastructure code and administered the sieving and data collection for the original incarnation of NFSNET. The original effort completed numerous large-scale factorizations, amongst them being the record-setting SNFS factorizations of 10^167-1 and 3^349-1.
